Maintenance Services

TECH PRO offers 3 basic types of instrument service.

1. SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE - This service is recommended to help assure continued, reliable operation of the instruments. As a minimum, calibration is recommended every 6 months. Tech Pro cannot certify calibration for a period longer than 6 months, +/- 25 days. Therefore, it is highly recommended that scheduled maintenance be performed a minimum of 2 times per year. These visits will be set up in advance to insure that maintenance is performed on an appropriate yearly schedule.

2. EMERGENCY SERVICE - This service is non-scheduled and is available to all instrument users. SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE customers can receive EMERGENCY SERVICE at a discounted rate.

3. SHOP SERVICE - This service covers all work performed in the TECH PRO maintenance shop. Items may be sent in for estimates and repair.
